Nea Ovens

I am the Director of Nurture Studio and have been in full time practice at Nurture Studio since 2002.

My focus has been in the area of Women’s Health and Fertility since I began practice in 2002.

Building and working in this busy practice has been a rewarding career for me. Finding ways to help people manage their health and lifestyle in a realistic way is my approach to helping people with their problems.

I use specifically chosen acupuncture points according to your Chinese Medicine pathology, suggests attainable diet and lifestyle changes, and if required will incorporate Chinese herbs, massage, cupping and moxibustion into your treatment.

I graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture) at the Australian College of Natural Medicine, Brisbane. In 2002 I began practicing at Nurture Studio. I am an accredited member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and is a registered practitioner under the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
