Nicole Anskaitis

Nicole returned home from the United States late last year where she graduated with a Bachelors in Health and Human Performance – Exercise Science to compliment her advanced diploma of Myotherapy and remedial massage . She held a full track and field scholarship as a pole vaulter at the University of Montana in Missoula.  

Life as an athlete has given Nicole a first hand understanding of the demands that are placed on the human body which lead to her passion for Myotherapy and dealing with musculoskeletal issues and concerns. Nicole has extensive knowledge of the human body and its anatomy and has a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation. She has a very hands on approach to treatment including a range of soft tissue techniques and dry needling. Her interests lie in ‚Äčdeveloping treatments plans that educate in retaining mobility and function, preferably before a problem arises. Nicole also has a passion for clinical pilates which she believes ties in with helping those achieve a holistic health approach.  

She is currently studying her masters in Occupational Therapy at the University of Queensland. She is vibrant, caring and passionate about building a rapport with her clients to restore confidence in their own bodies to maintain an active and healthy lifestyle.
