Beyond the modality used, is the intention to always support you to work with your values and gifts towards a happy, meaning-filled and purposeful life. It’s important that you feel you can talk to me, knowing that I’m someone who will listen, without judgement, to whatever you need to say. You can expect my warmth, empathy, respect and my curiosity about your unique story.

Before Appointments

I am very happy to talk to you either by phone, Skype or email before you make an appointment. You do not need a referral from your GP as currently Medicare rebates do not apply for counselling and hypnotherapy.
